Chargeflow sits in the full-lifecycle category: prevention and dispute recovery in one product. Chargebackify does the prevention half only. We are not going to tell you what their product does or what it costs — read that from them, it is their product and it changes. What we can tell you is what the two categories are for, and what this app deliberately does not do.
Network alerts, Shopify order matching and automatic refunds inside the pre-dispute window. Success fee on prevented value only, no monthly platform fee.
A full-lifecycle product covers both halves of the problem: reducing the disputes that get filed, and responding to the ones that do. If you want one vendor and one dashboard for both, that is the category to look at, and you should evaluate it on their own description rather than ours.
Install it alongside whatever you have today and leave automatic refunds off. Two weeks of your own disputes beats any table on a website, including this one.

Partly. Chargeflow covers prevention and dispute recovery; Chargebackify covers prevention only and goes deeper into it. Merchants with volume on both sides often run the two together.
Both use success-based pricing. Chargebackify charges a percentage of prevented value with no monthly platform fee; Chargeflow charges when a dispute is prevented or won.
Only prevention does. A representment win recovers the funds but the chargeback still counts in the ratio your acquirer reads.
