From your store: order identifiers, amounts, currencies, fulfilment status, customer email and the last four digits of the payment instrument. From networks: alert metadata including reason code, timestamp and card fingerprint. From you: account details and support correspondence.
To match alerts to orders, execute your rules, produce your invoice and calculate dispute ratios. Aggregate, de-identified statistics are used to publish benchmarks such as the 72% prevention rate. Individual merchant data is never shared with another merchant.
Alert and decision records are kept for seven years to satisfy network and accounting requirements. Order data no longer needed for matching is purged after 24 months. Deleting your account triggers purge of everything except records we are legally required to retain.
