From your store: order identifiers, amounts, currencies, fulfilment status, customer email and the last four digits of the payment instrument. From networks: alert metadata including reason code, timestamp and card fingerprint. From you: account details and support correspondence.
To match a dispute to its order, execute your rules, and produce your invoice. Nothing else. We publish no benchmarks and no aggregate statistics drawn from merchant data, and individual merchant data is never shared with another merchant.
Alert and decision records are kept for seven years to satisfy network and accounting requirements. Order data no longer needed for matching is purged after 24 months. Deleting your account triggers purge of everything except records we are legally required to retain.
Access, correction, export and erasure requests are handled within 30 days at privacy@chargebackify.com. Data subjects who are your customers should contact you first; we act as processor on your instructions.
