Chargebackify is a Shopify app that resolves card disputes before they become chargebacks. It reads disputes recorded by Shopify Payments, matches each one to the order it came from, and refunds that order inside the response window when the merchant's rules allow — so the bank has nothing left to file and no dispute fee is charged. It does not contest chargebacks that have already been filed, and deliberately refuses to refund them, because the disputed amount is withheld from the merchant by that point. It is free to install and charges $19 per prevented Visa chargeback and $25 per prevented Mastercard chargeback, capped at $500 per 30 days.
